Visit the Arava Institute on Kibbutz Ketura to hear about its work in the field of environmental studies and its diverse student body, which includes Israelis, Jordanians and Palestinians • Travel north throug the Arava and Dead Sea Valleys • Take a dip in the Dead Sea • Ascend to Jerusalem • Check in to the Mt. Check-out of hotel • Travel to Jerusalem for a farewell visit • On way stop for a guided tour of the Avashalom Stalactite Cave to discover a magnificent underground world • Visit to IDF base and meet with young soldiers who are giving some of the best years of their lives to the defense of Israel (to be arranged through FIDF, pending IDF approval) • Lunch at Shekel (on your own) a kosher mehadrin bistro- café that employs and trains people with intellectual disabilities to work in Israel’s restaurant industry. Tour the candle making workshop • A final visit to the Kotel and the Jewish Quarter and then free time to stay in the quarter or walk to Ben Yehuda Street Pedestrian Mall to explore and get in last minute shopping • Farewell dinner at Olive and Fish Restaurant in Jerusalem • Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport
