Arrival in Havana where we will meet our guide and bus driver who will be traveling with us during our stay in Cuba. Havana-Trinidad-Cienfuegos (B, L, D) - Breakfast at hotel - After breakfast, travel to travel to Trinidad which was founded in 1514. It is one of the best preserved colonial cities in the Caribbean from the time when the sugar trade was the main industry in the region - Visit to Plaza Mayor, the historic center of the town, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1988. The buildings surrounding the central square date from the 18th and 19th centuries when trade in sugar and slaves brought riches to the area. Lunch (TBA) - Travel to Cienfuegos - Check in to Hotel - Evening performance by the Cienfuegos Choir - Attend a performance by the children of La Colmenita. La Colmenita was developed with the purpose of conveying a message of peace, humanity and forgiveness. As official UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors, the children of La Colmenita are required to demonstrate these values not only in their performances but in their daily lives - Dinner at Club Cienfuegos & meeting the small Jewish Community of Cienfuegos (TBA) - Overnight Hotel Jagua, Cienfuegos.

Cienfuegos- Santa Clara- Havana (B, L, D) - Breakfast at hotel - Morning tour of Cienfuegos which was founded by French immigrants from Bordeaux and Louisiana in 1819. The tour will include the Thomas Terry Theater, the Bay of Cienfuegos and Palacio del Valle-an impressive Moorish-style building. Stop in Santa Clara in central Cuba and meet with members of the Jewish Community Continue to the Jewish cemetery, which serves the communities of Santa Clara, and Cienfuegos. The cemetery was recently restored and an impressive memorial to the victims of the Holocaust was erected, Lunch with members of the Santa Clara Jewish community and their leader, David Tacher - Continue back to Havana - Dinner at a Paladar Eclectico - Evening on own - Overnight Melia Cohiba.
