palaces, synagogue, and bathhouses of this magnificent

Depart Jerusalem and drive through the coastal plain to
Caesarea to tour the excavations of the ancient city, Roman
theater, and aqueduct. Continue to Megiddo, identified as

excavations and well-preserved aqueduct
In Haifa, gaze down over the exquisite Bahai Gardens
Continue to Acre, to visit the ancient city and harbor (time
permitting) Continue to our Galilee kibbutz for hotel check-in

its fourth century mosaic floor. At the Mount of Beatitudes,
stand at the site of the Sermon on the Mount
Travel to the Golan Heights by jeep, off the beaten track,
enter Syrian bunkers and gaze down over the Galilee as the
