Depart for Israel's north
Walk through the fascinating, underground Roman
water system that once fed ancient Caesaria at
Alona Park near Binyamina (strap-on water shoes
needed) Visit the wonderful excavations of ancient
Caesaria, including an impressive amphitheatre and
aqueduct and the newly-opened multi-media center,
where ancient history comes to life. Take a
panoramic bus tour of Haifa, including views of the
Bahai Gardens. Hotel check-in. Tour Kibbutz Lavi
with one of its members and learn about the chal-
lenges of establishing and maintaining a religious
kibbutz in the Galilee

War. Ascend to the peak of Har Bental, where you
can enter army bunkers and take in a panoramic
view at the crossroads of three countries
Taste the fruits of the region in the form of
award-winning wines at the Golan Winery
Enjoy a Kinneret boat ride followed by a lakeside
